Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips
A moist protocol of sweetness and sustenance-executed in oven-blessed harmony.
Ingredients
- 225 g butter
- 4 3/4 dl brown sugar
- 9 1/2 dl all purpose flour
- 2-3 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tbsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 cinnamon
- 6-7 bananas
- 400-800 g chocolate chip
Procedure
- Crush the bananas
- Melt butter in a pan until it starts turning brown
- Mix molten butter and brown sugar
- Mix crushed bananas with molten butter sugar mixture
- Mix in eggs
- Add and mix in vanilla, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon
- Mix in flour
- Add and gently mix in chocolate chips
- 180°C uncovered for 25 minutes
- 180°C covered with foil for 25 minutes
- Test with toothpick, if sticks to it, 180°C uncovered for max of 20 minutes
Notes
- This will make a lot of Banana Bread, as I used a large oven pan
- Feel free to add more cinnamon and/or vanilla extract as the banana flavor is pretty strong
